James, artist, storyboard planner, cartoonist, basically does all the jobs. That's ok, because he's hyperactive, and only when drawing or eating is he quiet. Not the best math student ever though. Able to repeat lines from any movie, cartoon, or comic book he's ever read, he's kind of like a dropped tape recorder with 15 Energizer batteries. He keeps going, and going, and going, and going...
Mild-mannered high school student by day...um...less mild-mannered high school student by night. Andy designs the webpage and offers "focus group" assistance. Basically, he stays online till midnight fixing minute details instead of studying. He looks remarkably like another Andy...coincidence? I think not.
Loud, easily angered, oblivious to his surroundings, and newly appointed "Master Ian," Ian spends most of his time with Mason at the comic book store. You can see what trouble Mason gets into when he's not busy explaining to the customers that "Ian had a little too much sugar...for the last 13 years."
Calmest and most level-headed of the role-playing felines, Mason the Sports Illustrated collector provides most of the little logic in the strip. However, he tends to have a problem distinguishing Game Masters and Pokémon. Oh, and there was that incident at the game store.
Other than Mason, Liv is the quietest. She's never had any outbursts, fits, conniptions, or anything of the sort. Which begs the question, Why is she here? Oh, right, to anger Ian.
Can't cook, bored easily, enjoys Jimmy Buffet remixes. Pam's been waiting forever to hear Ian admit that he smells like a donkey.
Steve is the comic book store clerk. Specializes in liquid nitrogen sales and trade of illegally imported pandas. Why? Needs a few bucks on the side. Think Dante from Clerks with a more profitable job and no Randall.
Why is he here? I don't even think he knows. Ask Steve. Oh, can he have some bamboo?
Gwen, girlfriend of the anonymous "cool guy" at the comic book store. Will she go out with Mason now that he freeze-dried her man? Wait and see...Hey James, does she? I want to know. No, don't tell me to wait, I just told the viewers that. Oh, heh, they're still reading this.
